Clean, central and friendly staff. Very understanding staff in the morning when I had to check out at short notice due to my mother being hospitailsed - Special request for adjacent rooms had been actioned. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. We will definately use again.

Staffs are very nice and friendly, good value for money. If you are
visiting Plymouth for either bussiness , pleasure, weekend get away,

On arrival we were greeted by the hotelier. She was friendly and welcoming and showed us around the guesthouse. We asked about breakfast as we had not booked it and to our surprise and delight, offered us breakfast on the house due to our room being considerably smaller than the others in the guesthouse. Staff were very friendly, always checking if we needed anything and very efficient on checkout. Will be very happy to stay there again.

overall it was an excellent stay. nice and clean, good price and friendly staff.its just a pity about car park as plymouth is really bad for free parking.would use hotel again despite that. - the privacy the peace but the knowledge that we could pop to the bar or resteraunt if we wanted to mingle.

Loved our room at the top, with added bonus of sink, microwave and fridge! We have a little cocker spaniel so this was ideal for preparing her food, also as we were tired and didn't fancy going out to eat, we could heat up a ready meal in our room. Bed so comfy, nice big TV, bathroom lovely with great shower. Breakfast nice, Carla and the staff absolutely lovely. Will be back!

The receptionist, Laura was very welcoming and friendly. The room was well prepared for the very hot weather we were experiencing. The beefeater next door was very convenient as was the garden. All staff were more than helpful.
