  Exactly as reviews say: a comfortable family-run hotel with helpful staff and excellent full English breakfast. I appreciate that hotel owner did her best to deliver twin room for us although during booking only double rooms were available. Thanks again for this! If you don't like - The staff were incredibly friendly. The Hotel is very well positioned with excellent links to public transport. We were using it for ease of access when going to West Ham for football and its about a 30 min walk. Excellent food outlets throughout Stratford. Very reasonable prices and large choice when using the Hotel bar. Breakfast very adequate (fresh fruit,cereal) before moving on to freshly cooked items which you can tell are all freshly prepared. We had a lovely aperitif in the terrace overlooking thepark ( I guess the only one on Park Lane) followed by a fabulous dinnerin bord’ eaux restaurant, the meal served was really outstanding.   Already stayed here before and consider as a perfect option for a short stay. Location in Goodge Street Tube station area is very lovely, lots of various pubs and restaurants to go out asa well as supermarkets and night shops to buy whatever you need. The variety of food is enought to make a good breakfast. There is also a sma - The price and location. Perfectly efficient in giving you the keys and your luggage on the last day in case you travel late. Very small bedrooms without ensuite bathrooms but a nice big communal kitchen and eating room plus bathrooms and small kitchen at each floor. Vey convenient and economical to cook your own meals if you want and the house provide eggs, cheese, milk , ham and fruit juices in an 24h open access fridge but also little empty fridges for personal items in each floor.   I loved the fact that we were placed right at a bus stop (although we didn't use it) and walking distance from two underground stations with 3 tube lines and the busses. The hotel is located in central London so travelling to see the sights was very easy. Restaurants were right arond the corner from the hotel so we didn't have to travel far to eat... hva folk sier » . There were banks and souveneir shops galore! We also had free wifi so I was able to let relatives in te States know we arrived safely. We traveled - After booking another hotel and to find out it was somebody's house we needed a reasonably priced hotel and somewhere near by the central of london.this was perfect I booked it half hour before arriving and the hotel was fantastic its right near the tube station ans has a bus stop outside.the staff were very friendly and the rooms were lovely.they were very cosey and warm.we had breakfast included with our stay and expected a cooked breakfast however it was toast/cereal however there is plenty
