  Leven is what I would call a functional seaside town.The hotel was very close to the promenade. I was able to take three dogs and the proximity to the beach was ideal. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. I had a great nights sleep on a comfortable bed, thank you - Location is very good for day trips to most of Fif... hva folk sier » e golfing. Reasonably priced hotel with basic rooms and very friendly staff. Eat Inn (inside hotel) has a nice breakfast. Overall, nothing fancy but if you are looking for location, price and convenience for golfing I would recommend it.

  This B&B was a wonderful surprise. Sue and Len welcomed us as if were friends so that we hardly felt we were in a B&B! The house is a lovely Victorian with very large rooms and celings with a glorious view of the Firth of Forth behind the rolling landscape in the foreground. Even the bathroom has a fantastic view. Sue cooked us a delicious full breakfast and we sampled her lovely hom - Excellent hospitality by owners Sue and Len. Excellent quality room and facilities. Home cooked breakfast and good selection.   The proprietor was welcoming,friendly,helpful , interesting & cooked a good breakfast for his guests. The room in which I stayed had a heated floor in the ensuite, very modern shower with digital controls & a touch controlled lighted mirror above the wash basin. The bedroom had two comfortable beds , a T.V. & the standard tea/coffee f... hva folk sier » acilities.The latter was located in a tiny alcove Two large people might have trouble with the space available in this bedroom. However , the proprie - Seascape is really comfortable and a VERY relaxing place to stay. Matt makes you feel very welcome and we certainly felt totally at home. He also cooks a mean breakfast too! The location is great, a stones throw away from a lovely beach and the view across the Forth of Firth is amazing. Lower Largo is also a great wee place to stay with a good real ale pub and a couple of nice places to eat. We will be back, oh yes we will be back!

  Our friendly Hostess Evelyn warmly welcomed us. She was informative of the facilities available in and around Hampton House. Our tastfully decorated room was well appointed, clean, comfortable and with good room space. The continental breakfast was lovely and very filling. The guest lounge and dining are also comfortable and quiet. This area a... hva folk sier » nd the foyer looked pretty at night with the fairy lights on and tea candles burning. Great WIFI reception through out the House. I am pleased we ch - Evelyn the owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, it was clean and comfortable, somewhere you could relax after a long day sightseeing. The garden was furnished with seats for the guests and there was also a guest lounge. The continental breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice and Evelyn was happy to provide more should you require it. I would certainly visit again and recommend this hotel to friends.
