  This hotel was a breath of fresh air for London on a budget. It is absolutely brand new, we arrived at 12:30 and were given early check in and an upgrade to an executive room. Each staff member was friendly and efficient. Excellent location and only a 5 min walk from Victoria Station.   Friendly and helpful staff checked us in early to accommodate for our jet lagged one year old. Before they could let us into our room, they kept our bags for us, so we could get acquainted with our surroundings. The staff also let us keep our bags at the hotel after checking out because our train left in the late evening. Rooms were very clean and... hva folk sier » fresh. The window coverings kept the room quite dark-good for afternoon naps. The facilities were nice, clean, and a good size. You are very near the - The location was fantastic. Easy walking to Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, 10 Downing Street, London Eye. There was a Starbucks across the square which was great for morning coffees and a good Italian restaurant as well. The waterloo underground and train station were close by for all other transport. The rooms were very clean, and the staff very helpful with directions and booking a taxi for our trip to the airport. We had 2 triple rooms on the 10th floor with our daughters

  The location is absolutely awesome: 2 mins walk from victoria station, right near the victoria coach station where bus arrives from/to stansed (perfect if you fly with low-cost airlines). The breakfast was fair good, nice staff and a 24/24 receptionist always available (I had to ckeck out at 2.00am). Makes you feel a little home! My room was extremely quiet, view to the garden. They have a nice breakfast room, kind of veranda, with a look to the terrace. I definitively come back to this place, situated in a great location. Chelsea, with lots of restaurants and beautiful shops around. Just a couple of minutes walk from Kingsroad.

  Fantastic location. Doesn't need to be self catering though, so much to do close by I only spent 4 hours in hotel. Day staff were very accommodating. At the end of the day, it's a student building for most of the term, It was quiet, clean with a great view over london ( the back view is the scene from the end of sky fall where James Bond is... hva folk sier » on the roof) I would happily stay here again. I would rate this a good place to stay if on a budget and you are more interested in London than - Huge room in an amazing location - not even a block from Trafalgur square! Everything close by and easily accessible. Laundry facility was available too and the beds were very comfortable. Probably the best value you could get in such an amazing location - we liked to get the metro out somewhere then walk back (for example we got the metro to Kings Cross station then walked back and did sight-seeing on the way).
