Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely staying again during our next visit. The staff is super friendly and we were dealt by Craig in the evenings and Andie during the mornings at breakfast. Welcoming friendly staff, lovely breakfast included and overall a great restaurant. The specials were at least a 4 star quality experience. Great attention to detail and presentation of the plates. All the staff were very helpful. Magda the assistant manager is a ROCK STAR. On top of everything and helpful with any request!!
Bedding was quite comfortable and the i-pod/i-phone dock was a welcome surprise!
While there was no lift...the stairs gave me my daily workout :-) and the staff was gracio

Staff seemed friendly and accomodating - I only stayed for 1 night and the hotel was used just for a base. It was ideal for this, not too far from the tube, clean and the staff were friendly.

The staff are incredibly friendly, while being laid back. The hotel is an old Georgian townhouse on a lovely street and within a 10 minute walk of shepherds bush empire. There are a small row of shops over the road which is handy, and the grove restaurant opposite is lovely too and was offering a discount to London Grove guests while we were there! The breakfast was good - cereal, yoghurt, fried/scrambled eggs on toast and tea/coffee.the lady who makes the breakfast is so lovely and immediately

Everything very smooth and an oasis to have so much space in comparison to the ordinary hotel room in London. Good shower and toiletries! Location is perfect, about a minutes walk to the tube (served by multiple lines), loads of shops and eateries around but off the main street, so nice and quiet. Melissa at the reception was terrific. She was very helpful and accommodating. She received a parcel for me and it was waiting in the apartment when we got back from Paris. The location is excellent. A 3-minute walk from Earl's Court station which has the Piccadilly and district lines stopping here so it's super convenient. There is a Sainsbury local, the co-operative and M&S near the station (for food supplies) plus a Boots and a stationery shop. Lots of eateries too.
