  On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. The room key / card was a little tricky at first to use but after some visual instruction from the hotel staff found it ok to use, (just need to get the card in the correct position for the scanner... hva folk sier » to work). The room was warm, comfortable, quite and suited our needs. We are unable to pass comment on the hotel food as we did not eat in at all. My - I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets. I was also amazed at the size of the room; being a frequent traveler, I do not expect space in a London hotel room, but this hotel was very spacious and well appointed, which was lovely for our family of 4 sharing a family room.   On arriving at South Kensington tube station, we followed the directions towards Imperial College and after a straight forward check-in we were directed to our room which although small, was absolutely fine. Once - The location was superb as a base for sightseeing London and shopping (Harrods in walking distance!). Great for families wanting to visit the museums as they are on its doorstep (museums were fantastic!). The rooms although small are modern, clean and have opening windows, and nice ensuite shower.
