  The welcome was lovely when we arrived and everything clearly explained. The room was fine, the bed comfortable and the bathroom facilities good. There were tea and coffee making facilities, but we had to ask for more tea bags and milks as only two were provided. It is very centrally situated and easy to reach by both bus and train. The staff were happy to look aft - Excellent location for the O2 and also for quick and easy access to the city of London and London Eye, an excellent 'city' location with the feel of not being in the city. Wonderful restaurants and pubs in easy walking distance. On a good day it is highly recommended to take a river cruise to Westminster using the 24 hour Red rover ticket which allows unlimited 'hop on and off' travel.   The hotel is situated very close to the DLR station Deptford Bridge. Breakfast was great and staff helpful. Hotel is clean and room was spacious. You also get coffe/tea making facility in the room. Although Deptford Bridge station is in zone 2 of the London underground, it really takes you an additional 30 to 45 minutes to arrive to central Lond... hva folk sier » on since the DLR is very slow and has alot of stops, thus if time is an issue for you do not book this hotel, having said this the price is cheap when - Highly recommend. Possibly one of the best hotels we have stayed in; simply couldn't fault anything. The staff were extremely friendly, went out their way and made us feel so welcome. The rooms were clean; fresh, clean towels everyday and beds made up. Everything we needed: Bar, restaurant, TV... Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and well organised. Excellent location, close to the station and a short walk into Greenwich High street and the Greenwich Park. Easy commute into the City

  Frokosten - 17th July 2011 visited this Hotel for a birthday meal and what a brilliant choice we made. The staff were brilliant; they were attentive yet made you feel relaxed. The dining room was lovely and clean which overlooked the lovely small hotel garden. The pianist was a brilliant touch and he played beautifully! Thankyou Clarendom for making my birthday a day to remember. - This hotel was close to 02 arena where we were attending concert and was very accessible by bus/taxi. Staff were very friendly and helpful checking in and out. Room was clean, warm, and well decorated with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of choice and it was well presented. Excellent value for money and I will definitely stay there again.

  The welcome by one of the members of staff of Zen Apartments the service received from her was second to none! The cab driver didn't have a clue where to go so she found the taxi and walked me to the apartment herself. The view was excellent. The apartment was oh so spacious just how like hotels rooms / apartments whenever I travel. It was fantast... hva folk sier » ic value for money. There was a tesco / cafe within a few minute walking distance and the dlr station just a few mins away too. I will definitely be b - The location was perfect and the service was excellent. 'Indi' was very proffessional on check in and nothing was too much trouble for her. The apartment itself was everything it said on the site and more, very modern, spacious and clean, ideal location from what we needed. Safe car parking and very safe surroundings. I would happily recommend friends and family, in fact we are planning to return when we go to London for Xmas shopping..Great value too...
