All members of staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They all

Wow! Such a friendly group of staff. The staff couldn't have tried any harder - they genuinely were a friendly and helpful bunch - Premier Inn should be very proud of them. Well done! We had a family room for 4 and were kind of packed into the room but it worked fine - after all, we were out seeing London except when we were sleeping! Our favorite thing was the breakfasts served in the dining room each morning and the fact that they were free for our two teenagers (free for 16 and under). Eggs made to order, amazing sausages, beans, sautéed mushrooms, etc... the yogurt they served was organic. Compared to the kind of breakfast you'd get at a budget hotel in the U.S. - this w

Airy. So homely. The staff were so friendly, ever so efficient, above

Nicely maintained 2 bedroom apartment. Good restaurants and pubs in
area. We were there in the middle of the longest heat wave in current
history, unfortunately, this hotel, like most places in London do not
have air conditioning. We had three good fans and being on the second
floor helped. Lots of space in the 2 bedroom apt.
