  Me and my husband came for valentine day and had a wonderful time at the hotel.We really enjoyed the use of the pool and jacuzzi.The room was very comfortable even though we had a likage in the bathroom,the staff dealt with very professionally. - The staff were extreamly hospitable and friendly, I would definatly staythere again!

Although I booked a standard double at a very deep discounted rate (typically this means getting the box room next to the staff quarters), I was given an apartment room which was really a suite.   NIcely equipped bedroom with an Incredibly comfortable bed and a really nice shower (a proper rain shower). The staff are helpful and friendly. The room service breakfast is very good, the "Montcalm breakfast" easily serves two and is then quite a good deal. We had a nice quiet room with a view over a side street even th - Location was excellent. Valet carparking provided, which is good as the carpark is quite a walk away near speakers corner. If you have loads of bags then it will be troublesome. Luxury hotel. Swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room open from 7am-11pm for all guests free. Spa treatments at a cost. Very good attention to detail to the smaller things. Outstanding cleanliness. Incredibly polite staff. The decor was superb, which coupled with the above gives weight to the 5 star rating

  This was absolutely the most comfortable bed either of us has ever slept in. Seriously, it was the greatest bed of all time. We loved the wet room shower! Very cool. Our room was very quiet, we didn't hear a peep the whole stay and we even slept with the windows open. The decor is fabulous as well.   Everything is just perfect from the moment you step through the door. The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and complimentary birthday patiserries. The food at Roux (2 x Michellin Stars) is superb. Afternoon tea in the Palm Court is an absolute must. Gym, sauna, steam room, pool and spa pool are all very well equipped.
