  We had a 3 bed first floor room (similar to the picture on website, as requested). The beds were comfy with good pillows. Although the toilet / shower room was small, everything worked well and was perfectly adequate for a couple of nights. It is close to everything that would make a stay in London worthy of a positive comment. I also liked the fact that it is located in a quiet, upmarktet area of London.
