Booked at the last minute after plans changed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hostel was clean and comfortable. Free Wi-Fi in common areas and washing facilities available. Excellent position especially for train travel to London airports. Would definitely stay again. -

I had everything I needed: extra blanket, hair dryer, TV.
I even had a chance to boil water and make a tea in my room
I have stayed in other hotels next to Elmwood Hotel, and I think that this has been my best choice so far. If the prices will stay just as low are they are right now, I'll defenatly return there

There were two guys at the check-in desk, one of them told us that our room would not be ready until 1.30pm (we checked in at 11am) but he was quickly overruled as the other man sent us straight to a room, he was very friendly and showed us where to go. I hd to upgrade to a family room when I got their as I had originally booked a basic double room for myself and a collegue. The owner of the hotel had advised me on the phone that I would need to upgrade and I only ad to pay the difference for the room, which ended up only being £100. I found the staff really helpful and the next time I travel to London I will be staying here.

The location was perfect!! It was very easy to get there from the airport (Stanstead) and to all other parts of the city. It was also very quiet and we all slept well. Beds were comfortable. Very helpful staff - we arrived early and we could leave our suitcases in the reception office, even though it left almost no room for the staff! Staff very friendly and helpful, only problem was we were on the 3rd floor and as we are very senior, me 76 and Brian 82 found the steps difficult. We enjoyed our breakfast as we had just crashed out the night before as we had flown in direct from Australia. Suggest you make a space on your booking forms re allocation of rooms for elderly.
The ensuite was fine and we would stay there again, BUT on a lower floor.

It's my first time to stay in a hostel and it is even better than I expected. The frontdesk is very very friendly and helpful. Room (4 bed) is clean/quiet and has a wonderful window view of the St. Pancras Hotel across street.
And, LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! It's pretty much in Central London and a 2 or 3 min walk to King Cross St. Pancras stat

I would definitely choose this hotel again for -
Superb location, modern facilities and they happily give you hot water
to refill your bottle in the cafe without extra charge. I stayed in a
6-bed female dormitory and everything worked out quite well. Yes, the
window facing the street is a bit noisy, but it didn't bother me.
Remember to bring your own padlock if you want to use the locker. And
cheppals :-)

Clink was very nice hostel, really good value for money! Stuff was excelent, there are useful utilities like a luggage room, breakfast was surprisingly wealthy and showers clean. Although very close to St Pancras station really quiet during nights thanks the windows into the courtyard. Recommend it! -
