I read so many badreviews that I was expecting the worst...but I was
positively surprised.clean,friendly and efficents workers,the bed was
super confortable (I usually have problems sleeping in some other beds)
and towels and blankets were super soft!!toilette was ensuite!then the
location is super,close to everything you need to see in london!!!

-The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and quite accommodating.
- Breakfast was lovely and was included in the stay.
- We stayed in the triple room and it was very economical considering its location and proximity to the tube stations.
-All restaurants/cafes were open till late in the area as well

The location of the hotel was really nice. It's a few minutes walk
from Paddington station and very easy to find it. I guess no one gets
lost on arrival. Also, it was easy to get to Baker Street on foot.

I only stayed one night before going to Heathrow airport. The room I received was basic but very clean with a nice attempt at modernization; these hotel buildings in this area are all around 100 years old or more, most being Listed (historical) making modernization difficult or impossible. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and professional. The hotel is located three blocks from Paddington Station in London, which was excellent for me.

There is no lift at this hotel, and if you are carrying suitcases to the
fourth floor, it is quite a climb. The hotel is a bit rundown, but if
you need a place to stay that will not break the budget, this is it. It
is close to Paddington Station, and the Italian restaurant around the
corner, Villa Rosa, has the best spaghetti that I have ever eate

Location is great, hotel area is decent, it is very near to Lancaster
underground station. They have given us a room at ground floor but we
requested a room at up floor (same floor with our other friends). They
helped us asap.

A great central location close to travel facilities. It was clean, a good size with everything needed to look after yourself for any length of time. There was even coffee, tea, sugar and fresh milk provided for us on our arrival. We also enjoyed the fact that our room had a balcony which we could sit on at the end of each long day and chill out with a drink whilst watching the traffic and people pass by.
