  The hotel was in a great location, we stayed there not only for that, but also because it looked great for the money. We weren't wrong, the facilities are excellent, staff very helpful, and the room we had was exceptional, much better than your boring Premier Inn. As we had our 1 year old with us, we'd requested a cot, this hadn't been communicat... hva folk sier » ed to the hotel via letsbookhotel.com, however the staff were more than happy to source one and brought it to our room within minutes, very impressed - Ive stayed in many hotels in the centre of Birmingham but for me this hotel outshines them all for £99 you get a great room in the centre of Brum near the shops, near the nightlife without the Noisy sleepless night of Hyatt Crown plaza and Jurys Inn. I cannot fault this place if it is a touch more dearer than some other hotels you will only regret not paying to stay here

  The staff were excellent, especially as they were unable to find our booking which we made through letsbookhotel.com. They handled the situation very quickly and were able to make a new booking at the price we had originally booked. The rooms were very clean and we had an excellent view over Birmingham. Lovely spacious twin room, really cosy beds, excellent powerful shower, lovely massive towels...everything was spotless! Made use of the fantastic leisure facilities too - v well equipped gym, lovely swimming pool / sauna / steam room and jacuzzi. Highly recommend!!!

  Warm welcme and friendy staff, Very good room,clean, excellant bed and spoitless bathroom. No noise.
