  The whole experience was an absolute pleasure and I will be back. The service,and attention from the staff was professional, friendly and personal. Especially the receptionist when checking in Friday evening. The receptionist was brilliant- I do not have her name but I would like give a special thank you. The stay was short but couldn't have kased for a better one. - Staff were good and attentive, good value if you are staying for a weekend as the City is shut, absolutely nothing open within a square mile! so be prepared to get a taxi into the lively parts of London, we paid a tenner each way into Covent Garden so based on the weekend saving it was worth it, have stayed in better 5* hotels than this but ok.

  We needed a comfortable hotel near Aldgate and HAC, as we were meeting friends in Aldgate and going to a dinner at HAC. This hotel looks and feels brand new but has actually been open for years. The location is fantastic, just round the corner from the tube station and Borough Market. Our room was comfortable and welcoming and very quiet even on a Saturday night. - Room was comfortable.
