  Kanley was so kind and welcoming. We had a deluxe room and the bed was enormous. Breakfasts were a treat, enjoyed sitting round large table chatting with other guests, much nicer than small tables.Wi fi was free and good signal. - Helpful, friendly staff, great location, clean & comfortable room with wifi & HDMI tv.

  Helt super service. Vi ankom kl 11.00 på formiddagen og personalet gjorde ALT for at vi kunne få sjekke inn så fort som mulig selv om innsjekking normalt ikke var før kl 14.00. Det var en rolig atmosfære på hotellet, lite men kjempetrivelig. Rent og ikke minst - det var godt og varmt der. Kort vei til stasjonen. Kan ikke få fullrost stedet godt nok... hva folk sier » . Kommer garantert til å anbefale dette hotellet. - Bra beliggenhet, nært både buss og undergrunn. Det var rent og pent og vi fikk hjelp til alt i resepsjonen. Kjempefornøyd!

  Smart, comfortable room a modern clean bathroom and the most amazing shower. Beds were very comfortable and the room was very quiet with good thick darkening curtains. We had a problem with the hair dryer in the morning and he staff could not have been more apologetic or helpfull.   Excellent shower, bed was comfy, clean fresh towels brought to us daily, breakfast was simply but pleasant. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was excellent couldn't fault, nice Thai restaurant down the end of the street across from a nice local friendly pub. Would defiantly come back - We had a lovely warm welcome on arrival, our room was clean, warm and well equipped for our stay, its about 5 min walk from the bus, train and tube station. There's a friendly pub on route called the greyhound from the tube to the hotel which was nice to pop into for a night cap after a busy day of touring London.
