  When we arrived the staff were extremely polite, when i originally booked the room i asked if we could book in earlier due to a wedding, they were very accommodating, the room was ready when we arrived. The gentleman on reception ordered us a taxi to take us to a wedding at the Hillbark Hotel, taxi was prompt, had a drink in the bar, again staff v... hva folk sier » ery polite and quick to serve. - The staff were so welcoming & helpful & asked how our party had gone the following morning ( even with all the guests there remembered we were going to a wedding ) .   The owners - Ian and Jan - were both great, very friendly and helpful. We came up for the match against Swansea and they and their staff were really enthusiastic and helpful with regards to transport, directions, eating/dining recommendations, etc. The room was immaculate, comfortable and warm. Lovely shiny en suite too. 20-25 minute bus journey ... hva folk sier » to city centre, and the bus stop is just 200 yards down the road. No complaints. Next time I'm up for a home game I will ring to see if they've got an - The staff at Old Greasby were fabulous. The rooms were nicely decorated, very clean and very well provisioned. Really enjoyed our stay. Old Greasby is well placed to access many points of interest, including Liverpool and North Wales.
