The owners were amazing and very helpful...top class!
Again, I may have missed reading the fact that the rooms were notensuite. I hate getting dressed to make a potty run in the middle of thenight. (Grin)

The location is fantastic easy access to Edinburgh and really good bars and restaurants nearby. Friendly family run hotel.
The price was a bit steep considering no ensuite facilities, breakfast only served 8 -9, and only one portable heater in our rooms.

The worst about the hotel was a room in the basement right next to thelaundry room. The heat and noise was to much!!! And when we asked couldwe be moved the owner told us no even though I booked the hotel eightmonths ago!!!
there were not many things to like in that hotel apart from it's proximity to the city centre
there was no en-suite bathroom
