  Gina, the receptionist on duty Friday evening, 5 April 2013, was phenominal. She should be highly commended for her excellent representation of the Premier Inn. My daughter lost her handbag, and Gina spent hours attempting to locate someone within the train systems that could locate it. For that alone, I would return to the Premier Inn and highly recommend it to other travelers. Whatever G - We have stayed at this Premier Inn before and are pleased that it has maintained it's standards. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. A good nights sleep, the beds are so comfortable! The Brewer Fayre Pub next door provided excellent food for meals and breakfast. We would definitely come again and recommend you to our friends.Thank you.

  We were visiting family in Tredegar and because we have a small dog decided to book B&B in a village pub. We stumbled accross The Castle Inn. What a find! Small pub with 3 letting rooms, small menu but great choice plus specials board. The owners and staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The bar area could do with a bit of a refurb but hey for the mo - The hotel has an excellent location just off the Heads of the Valleys main road yet close to Ebbw Vale and within easy driving distance to the towns of Abergavenny and Merthyr and is also nearby the beautiful countryside of the Brecon Beacons. The pub-style hotel is clean, very comfortable, offers good food and, especially, has really friendly staff.
