I pretty much liked everything of this hotel! The staff was really kind and he allowed me to look around and draw. ^^ He explained about hotel very well. I will definitely come back here with my parents again! The view of my room and breakfast was fantastic! I really recommend to visit you here! ^^ -

We really enjoyed our stay, the bar was really busy so I was a bit worried the rooms would be noisy. When we were shown to our rooms they were lovely, clean and spacious. You could not hear the bar at all. All the staff were lovely and very friendly. The beds were very comfortable, I suffer with chronic back pain so a comfy bed is the first thing

Breakfast was very decent with quality local produce used (in the lovely courtyard restaurant).
Room was very comfortable and peaceful; considering on quite a busy street and with pub downstairs.
9 month old boy slept perfectly in nice clean cot- helped by the excellent blinds behind the curtains blocking out any light.
Staff friendly and polite without being OTT.
I may just return myself for a pint when next out that way on cycling jaunt.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and definitly 4 star. We loved the location on the sea front. The food was excellent and when they heard it was our anniversary decorated our table for that evening.

Impressively sits on a bit of a hill with a Baronial look about it. Stayed in this hotel a couple of years ago and since the new owners have it they've spent a lot of money on it and spent it well. Was impressed with the room and bathroom fittings as well as the new bar area.

The staff demonstrated genuine care and consideration when I was taken ill a few hours before depature. They helped in every way possible. This assistance removed stress and facilitated a sufficient recovery for me to leave with only a short delay and good memories of my time with them.

Our studio apartment was of an extremely high standard. Furnishings and equipment were excellent and everything was spotlessly clean. We had only one night so were unable to use the leisure facilites but the pool looked wonderful and the beach was only a short walk from our villa. This hotel is a little gem hidden away in a forest but only a few miles from some lovely beaches and resorts. We did have lovely weather which helps to make the trip memorable. The staff were brilliant, food excellent ate in restaurant both nights. We will certainly return for another weekend break at some point. Well done.

We wanted somewhere cosy & central, when selecting a B&B for our visit to Cromer. Having very limited knowledge, we checked the reviews against availability & took a change with the Wellington House. "How we love it when a plan comes together". We cannot speak highly enough of Karen & Richard & their home Wellington House. Every aspect of our stay was as we would have wished & more. Warm friendly hosts, nothing was to much trouble. Room had a nice ambiance & was warm
