  Attractive,comfortable hotel. Staff friendly and efficient. breakfast very good. Only stayed one night but would have liked a longer stay!! - The rooms were so lovely and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the food was of good quality too.

  We arrived later than planned due to bad weather, so missed lunch. Although it was almost 3pm and busy with a private party, sandwiches were delivered to our room. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent breakfast before we set off back South. Highly recommend. - Lovely staff, very welcoming. Big room with good sized en-suite. Would recommend and stay again, great location for Forest of Dean.
