  We were upgraded to a luxury suite because our original room smelt dampdue to a large wet patch on the floor....this was dealt with politelyand efficiently and seemed unknown to the reception staff but thecleaning staff must have been aware. The staff were so welcoming both onarrival and dealing with the above.   we stayed the night of halloween and the bar was nicely decorated which pleased my 4 year old. room was okay... but as my partner pointed out we stayed here as a family of 4 for £59 - it was a bargain. the neon lights kept me awake but the bed was comfy and the kids slept well on the sofa bed. continental breakfast was excellent, very impressed wi... hva folk sier » th variety - Clean, tidy, rooms well presented.
