We loved our stay in this B&B. The hosts (Mary and her husband) were very friendly, helpful and flexible. We felt like we were at home. Breakfast was better than in a 5-star hotel! The situation of the B&B is central, so easy access for visiting the city. The room in which we stayed was very comfortable, spacious, nice and clean.
Very friendly and helpful owner. Let me have access to the room early as I arrived hot and sweaty and desperately needed a shower and a change of clothes. Matt & Mary very welcoming. The car permit also was excellent as parking in Bath expensive. The bed, although filled the room up was so comfortable and we both had the best night sleep. Enjoyed a very good breakfast...lots on offer in a beautiful dining room.
Breakfast was excellent though dining room space was limited. Seems like guests from another of their neighboring accommodation also take their breakfast here. So a queue is understandably expected. Town centre is a mere 5 mins walk away.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Made to feel very welcome. The location is very good for visits to bath centre. I would recommend this place for a weekend stay.

The breakfast was top rate. It was located close to the town.
There is quite some traffic in the street where the B&B is situated.
The non ensuite bathroom, although was very clean & nicely decorated this was a private bathroom for us but outside of our room...OK for one night.
Location and entrance was along main road but signboard seems not well lit at night. As the carpark was situated behind, it was necessary to lug our luggages from our car parked behind to the front of the house.
We had problem with hot water in the triple room bathroom on ground floor... took long time to get water turn hot and pressure was rather pathetic. There is insufficient place to hang clothes/towel in the bathroom. There were also only 2 hangers provided in the large wardrobe.
We booked an en suite room, but we had a bathroom in a separate room with a key, which isn't very handy for elderly people in the night. However this was our only gripe.
