The hotel staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. The hotel upon request had also arranged transfers to and back to the airport which was also very handy.
Main tourist attractions were not that far from the hotel around 15min walk or 5-10min on the tram.
Last but not least I had forgotton some money in the hotel when I checked out. On route to the airport the bus driver recieved a phonecall saying we've left some belongings and to wait on the highway and a taxi will be sent to deliver o

The reception man was soooooo friendly. He helped us so much. I told him that i was very tired from my flight and he let me check in 7:00 a.m instead of 2:00 p.m and he let me eat breakfast all of this for no extra charge. The buffet breakfast is very rich and good. There is a great pool and relax area on the roof with awesome veiw. Good free wifi

was 308 euros and service we got was amazing at that price. Everything

The Grand Washington hotel was located in an ideal location for exploring the city - walkable to the Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, and other cultural sites. The location is great which is a walking distance from a lot of historical locations and also from the famous Istanbul Bazaar. It's very quite, relaxing and clean.
