  The staff is amazing. I had a huge problem with my car, my window was broken. They took the keys, and Mehmeth- the bell boy spent one whole day, trying to sort out the problem( which was very difficult for a day). Thanks to him, the car was ready how he promised. It's very good to stay somewhere, and everyone to be helpful with everything. The staff was very friendly,helpful and with very prompt reply to my requests and each time I was asking for directions I got a map of Istanbul on which they were marking all the explanations. Location just 3 minutes from Taksim square. 40 minutes walking distance from Galata bridge by Istikal street. Room were nice, not that big but cozy. Good wifi in room ( we even saw movies on-line) Breakfast weary good plenty of staff both hot dishes and Yogurts/ jams/ cheeses. Great pastry like very where in Stambul)))).

I know it will be my first choice the next time i come to Istanbul
