The staff is amazing. I had a huge problem with my car, my window was broken. They took the keys, and Mehmeth- the bell boy spent one whole day, trying to sort out the problem( which was very difficult for a day). Thanks to him, the car was ready how he promised. Really good offer for the money it costs. Location just 3 minutes from Taksim square. 40 minutes walking distance from Galata bridge by Istikal street.
Room were nice, not that big but cozy. Good wifi in room ( we even saw movies on-line)
Breakfast weary good plenty of staff both hot dishes and Yogurts/ jams/ cheeses. Great pastry like very where in Stambul)))).

The staff in this hotel are very professional and supportive.
The hotel is located less then a 5 min walk from istiklal st. and the metro station that will take you to the main attraction of the city.
the breakfast is nice and with a wide variety of choices.
rooms are roomy and clean.
overall do not hesitate in choosing this hotel.
I know it will be my first choice the next time i come to Istanbul

The location is amazing: a beautiful view on the Bosphorus. The location is strategically located and close to many landmarks: Dolmabahce castle, ferry station, bus station, museums, parks, universities and the old historical city. A pharmacy, banks, a pastry shop and cafes are in the neighborhood.
The proximity of the tramway is a great advantage. Get a rechargeable card, it is more convenient and less expensive.
The staff is very friendly, kind and of great help.
