The staff was very friendly,helpful and with very prompt reply to my requests and each time I was asking for directions I got a map of Istanbul on which they were marking all the explanations. Location just 3 minutes from Taksim square. 40 minutes walking distance from Galata bridge by Istikal street. Room were nice, not that big but cozy. Good wifi in room ( we even saw movies on-line) Breakfast weary good plenty of staff both hot dishes and Yogurts/ jams/ cheeses. Great pastry like very where in Stambul)))).

The hotel is located less then a 5 min walk from istiklal st. and the metro station that will take you to the main attraction of the city. the breakfast is nice and with a wide variety of choices. rooms are roomy and clean. overall do not hesitate in choosing this hotel. I know it will be my first choice the next time i come to Istanbul

  I booked Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment with Sea View, the apartment is very spacious, clean and well-furnished. Wireless internet is provided with free of charge and the speed is excellent. Mainly suitable for families with their children as there are plenty of facilities and entertainments for them. Also, the place is ver - I read so many critics about the services and standard of the hotel just a night before traveling there. To my surprise, the services where nothing compared to what I've read online. If something, it is better than I've ever expected as for the apartments are extremely bigger and more beautiful than the pictures online. Everywhere is properly cleaned, all equipments and facilities are up and running, good customer service, 24hr room service and you find taxis parked outside all the time(24hr).
