It was a most excellent stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was always someone available that spoke english. The house keeping staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were excellent. I would definitely stay here again! -

I like the hotel in general, the staff were friendly and they tried to
help us regarding to internet issues,we received special treatment ,the
receptionist changed the room from floor two to seven with a nice view

DIVAN Istanbul is perfectly central, 3 minutes walk to Istiklal Caddesi and a 8 minute walk to the Dolmabahçe Palace and Bosphorus. While a hotel in an ideal location is not necessarily a good hotel, this hotel is close to ideal as it is luxurious, affordable with friendly and helpful staff. Made our stay in Istanbul memorable. Moreover, it has a good gymn, indoor swimming pool and a spa.

This is the friendliest hotel I ever stayed and its not surprise that guests return year after year. holidayed here for 5 days 29 April-3 May 2013 with my wife and 7 years son,and I can honestly say it is one best places I have ever stayed. The hotel is located less then a 5 min walk from istiklal st. and the metro station that will take you to the main attraction of the city.

helpful and speaking english very well (as it's rare in turkey:D)..
The package for the turkish bath and massage was amazing. I loved the
