The building has 3 stories and houses 2 studios per floor. The studios are well equipped for groups, families and couples who don't mind a home away from home on vacation and do not demand a traditional hotel with all its services attached.

Loved the Location as it is fairly close to all the major tourist
spots like Aya Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi and Bascilica Cistern.
There is a very nice cafe just across the road where you can have
breakfast, lunch dinner etc. Free Wifi available in the room and the
speed was great. Kahar, the guy managing the place was extremely
friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend
the place for anyone to stay.

In hotel description is stated that there is no internet acces - however in fact it is ( netname i myronhanci ). Additionally it is possible to use WiFi in looby of hotel Sayeban just round the corner where Hanci manager also work as a receptionist. 100 m down and left from Hanci they are 2 supermarkets. -

Yavuz is an exceptionally nice guy. Provided anything we asked for.

Great location, within walking distance of all Sultanahmet tourist locations. Very close to Sirkesi tram station.
Comfortable studio apartment, with elevator. Good WiFi reception.
Mini market just across the street and restaurants close by.
Host Husyen is very helpful and can assist with travel arrangements in Istanbul as well as other places in Turkey.
Mind you this is not a typical hotel, so no reception. But someone is available on the phone to assist with late arrivals or early departures.

Combination of high standard, close to a turkish neigbourhood, the sea and the main tourist attractions - A really great place. Beds were nice, even the extra bed. Really nice workers at the hotel.
