The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms we got the first time were nice and big enough for 2 people.The location is good, a short walk from all the main attractions. The breakfast room is very nice.There wasn't much variety at breakfast but when we complained about this they added more items the next day which was very nice of them

Combination of high standard, close to a turkish neigbourhood, the sea and the main tourist attractions - A really great place. Beds were nice, even the extra bed. Really nice workers at the hotel. Very good location, close to Sultanhamet Square were we met alot of Turkish peolpe. Sultanhamet square it's easy to move around, perfect location

Marmara Konak Old City is located in a quite place and very close to sea as well as the top 4 attractions in Istanbul. I got up early to see sunrise in the rooftop and went to Blue Mosque almost everyday during the vacation. Moreover, It's very convenient to live in this hotel as it is surrounded by many restaurants with Traditional Turkish features. If it is possible, I will live in Marmara Konak Old City again when come to Istanbul next time.

Great location and excellent staff. We were offered a drink on arrival and sat with the owner one night after dinner and were treated to Turkish coffee and tea which was a nice little touch.
The staff were all very accommodating as you would expect for a small family run hotel/bnb. The breakfast was pleasant and consisted of tea/coffee a few cheeses, cereal and boiled eggs.
We had a lovely time staying at Seatanbul apart and would definitely recommend it to our friends.
