I've really enjoyed the stay in this hotel, one of the best and still new (just opened in mid Dec) ...The staff are very friendly despite the fact I had one small problem with one of the team but he apologized immediately as well as the Manager . The staff were courteous and very welcoming. This was like a breath of fresh air as I had experienced difficulty with another hotel called best Nobel And Nobel hotel so was beginning to think Istanbul was not good for solo female travellers!!! I have booked again for 6 nights in February so I can fully experience the hotel's fine hospitality

Wonderful hotel right in the middle of Tekstilkent,very business friendly location. The Istanbul ring main line are within 5 min walking distance - if that. It was convenient for the major attractions of Sultanhamet. The staff were friendly and the facilities were fine. Great views of Hagia Sophia from the roof terrace. The breakfasts were excellent but the dinner menu was a bit dull so we only ate there once ; house wine not cheap either.The hamam was very good and was a great way to end a day of shop

i loved the omelette show at breakfast.the staff was very nice and friendly. the historical places are so close, it is very convinient:) i love this hotel.they made me feel like home with all the service they provided. the restaurant had good food.the rooms were really modern and clean,comfy.i recommend it to everyone i know.it was a great business

I recently spent 5 nights in this property whilst on business in Istanbul. I would completely agree with the majority of reviews here. The highpoints of the hotel are:
a) Location - moments walk from all of the Old City attractions - Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia, Cistern, Grand Bazaar etc etc. It is also almost right on top of a tram line that will take

b) Staff - they are friendly, efficient and funny. They actually engage with you as people rather than -
In our opinion the this was the best possible place to stay in Istanbul. The views from the dining/breakfast room were stunning. While having breakfast, we could gaze at the Blue Mosque, the Aya Sophia, the sea of Marama and many other wonderful sights. In addition to this, the hotel was only a few minutes walk from the tram stop. So we were in a perfect location not only to walk to the best of the ancient sights, but also to get the tram to other parts of the city.

The hotel was clean and comfortable it was very well placed to visit the topkapi palace, hagia sofia and the Blue mosque. The staff were extremely helpful to us with directions and recommendation to help us make theist of our stay.
