Titanic Hotel chain is one of the best Hotel in Turkey. In Titanic Bakirkoy, from check in to the check out everthing was well prepared like other Titanic Hotels. My first experince with Titanic hotels was in Taksim several years ago. Since then, nothing changed. I was really appreciated at that time.I believe many European countries do not have such a management. From cleaning staff till high level of manager, thank you very much for everybody in the group.

location, in the middle of beautiful shopping area with lot of shops, malls and restaurants. Easy access from the airport and to the highways and public transportation.

Good location for both the airport and Yenikapi ferry port. The quality of the food in the roof top restaurant was also excellent.

The temperature in the room (915) was extremely high. Airco was blowing warm air and to sleep with an open window is not an option, due to the noise outside. So, a strong recommendation to improve it
Breakfast View location
The hotel is very comfortable, the staff is very helpful, the spa/wellness area very well equipped, and the breakfast is just wonderful.
We had seen on the map that the hotel is quite close to the Bakirköy station of the suburban rail line, which seemed quite convenient - the only problem was that this rail line has closed down. It will probably take quite some time until it reopens. Until then, taxi is virtually the only option to get to the city center and back (around 30 TL per ride to Sultanahmet).
Great location friendly reception
We had a 10 hour layover in Istanbul, so just enough time to sleep and leave again. The hotel is about 10 easy minutes by freeway from Ataturk in a cluster of high rise hotels. We had a small dinner in the 12th floor restaurant and got a taxi easily at 5am the next morning.

I stayed 3 nights with family & children. Many thanks for the staff and management who were very cooperative and helpfull during my stay. I highly recommend it for orhers. Hotel is located next to 2 shpping Malls and near to airport , facilities are excellent, Rooms are great with good services. Breakfast is full of many options. الموقع و هدوء المكان. الفندق قريب جداً من المنطقة الحيوية ومراكز التسوق في باكركوي. الإفطار منوع و جيد. النظافة جيدة بشكل عام.
الخدمة كانت سيئة. إشارة الإنترنت في الغرف ضعيفة و قد اتصلت لإصلاح هذا العطل أكثر من ثلاث مرات و لم يتم إصلاح العطل إلا بعد أن نزلت و كلمت مديرة خدمات العملاء أو الضيوف. قنوات التلفزيون لا تحوي قنوات رياضية تعرض الدوريات الأوروبية الكبرى. موظفو الاستقبال و الخدمات ليسوا على دجة عالية من الكفاءة بسبب تجاهلهم لطلبات الضيوف و تأخر هم في الخدمة

Great hotel close to the airport (10 minute drive). Very modern and clean. Huge gym, good facilities.Helpful staff. Three large shopping centres within a few minutes walk.Great for the last night before flying out.
Excellent Hotel, very conveniently located, close to the airport. Also located next to a good mall for shopping and entertainment. Staff extremely attentive, listening and smiling specially Sibel mutlu, She was very nice and helpful. I recommend this hotel to my best friend and will stay there in future, Thanks to you all guys

Location is very good. It is very closed to several shopping mall. It is a perfect location for family.
We only stayed one night but it was really a great experience. The room was really nice with the city and sea view. Even the bathroom had a view, which is rare. They had a fantastic wellness center with traditional bucket showers and even a Turkish bath. The staff was fluent in English and extremely helpful. They even compensated us for a mistake they did for the airport shuttle pickup.
I liked everything I expect to find in a hotel. Courteous and very accommodating staff, efficient organization, very comfortable bed and roomy shower area.

It's in the middle of a shopping area and malls.
The bed mattress was uncomfortable, and they provide us with one bottle of water daily!! Another would be charged.

I really enjoyed the view, the hotel facilities, the staff, the location was also ideal for shopping and near to the airport. If I ever go back to Istanbul, I would love to stay in the Titanic Port again upon my stay.

Clean, quite, Nice staff. 10 mins to "Taksim" with dolmos , really lots of shops and restaurants around. Little walk to the beach and lots of clubs. You can get out in the morning and find your self in the middle of a city. I really enjoyed to stay there.
I think this hotel had not the real value for 5 stars... Maybe 4 the Lobby! Wow this is not a 5 star hotel entrance. I got confused entering first time there. In detail, there was no mirror outside of the bathroom useful. Windows were not clean and the view is not the sea, difficult to go near to window and look at left side to find the sea.
