Location, when you get off at Sirkeci tram station, 3 minutes walk up the street perpendicular to the station called Ankara Cadessi and it’s on a street right before you reached the end corner, second very slim pink building, almost opposite the BIM supermarket. Perfectly located within convenient walk to all the sights in Sultanahmet and the bosphorous. It isn’t a hotel, rather an apartment which I like very much, no breakfast to wake up early to and no reception to pass by every morning. Sw.
alle vurderinger » Great location, within walking distance of all Sultanahmet tourist locations. Very close to Sirkesi tram station. Comfortable studio apartment, with elevator. Good WiFi reception. Mini market just across the street and restaurants close by. Host Husyen is very helpful and can assist with travel arrangements in Istanbul as well as other places in Turkey. Mind you this is not a typical hotel, so no reception. But someone is available on the phone to assist with late arrivals or early departures. The location is superb! Tram station is nearby as well as train station and quay for travelling across Bosporus and along Golden Horn. Supermarket nest door, many restaurants in the nearest streets, Spice bazaar and Aya Sophia are in a walking distance. I like the apartment very much, it was comfortable and had everything I needed for cooking food etc. Overall great experience, I will definitely stay here once more on my next visit to Istanbul. The brothers who own these apartments are good hosts and very helpful. They even arranged my transportation to the airport (a 3 AM pickup). My apartment was clean, well-priced, and in a very good location - close to the tram line, train station, and ferry dock. There is a small grocery store across the street. I was pleased with my stay. The wifi was excellent; the shower and bed were good. Great location, large rooms, Perfect for sightseeing, dining, exploring. The hotel was recommended by a friend as a good stay. The view from the roof was great,i love sitting out there having a coffee n enjoying the chilly nights. Could see so much. Easy walking to so many of the historical sites. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional, Would highly recommend. I have stayed here for five nights (se my other review). The brothers who run the apartments are excellent hosts. The apartment is comfortable, clean, well priced, and in an excellent location. I recommend the apartments and would stay here gain. It has perfect location.Very short distance from main touristic places. you can prepare breakfast by yourself. There is a shop just opposite of the hotel, where you can buy food-stuff. Mr. Fazle (Attendant) was very nice and helpful person. In Istanbul accomodation you need 1- lovley staff 2-Location Near main sights. 3-Location near main tram, metro stations. 4-spacious accomodation. 5-Flexible with check in and check out. Room rate was very appropriate thank u all staff. The location is phenomenal and the staff are stellar. They run a travel agency as well and helped us with all aspects of our trip. The view from the roof is great too!. The location is great and the hotel has a terrace with a very nice view and a table to have a meal. The staff was helpful and friendly. Great staff, apartments are new and location is great and easy to find. They let us stay after checkout because we had late flight. Really great location. Best thing is space in the flat. very basic kitchen equipment but I didn't cook. very comfy bed. Very well located, in the heart of the city. Comfortable. Apartment rather than a hotel room so it felt like I had more freedom. Great location. Looked newly refurbished. Comfortable bed and enough room to sleep probably 4 people. Washing machine, although I didn't use it would be handy for people staying longer. Brilliant location - eveything on your doorstep in terms of facilities. Location. Price. near the city center. The downside, fridge isn’t working, dust has accumulated under the bed, the toilet bowl sides aren’t clean and on my arrival there’s a stinky pair of men socks in the small garbage bin inside the toilet. I also have to wash all the kitchen items as they’re not thoroughly cleaned. There’s no mirror in the room, only a bathroom mirror. There’s also only 1 tissue roll for my entire 3 nights stay. Also, wifi internet connection is very weak on the 5th floor, so get a floor down. Kitchenette needs a few more items for guests who prefer to eat in. Muezzin calls heard from a mosque nearby are not what I like very much. During the day it's ok, but not when you wake up at 5am every morning. Shut windows didn't help. But this is not a problem of the hotel actually, it's everywhere in Istanbul. I liked the apartment, but I offer these recommendations. The apartments are above medical equipment stores. There is no sign - I recommend adding one. I also recommend adding a microwave oven to the kitchen area and a floor lamp in the lounge area. Nothing. I liked everything, but would ad a microwave and a floor lamp. No cleaning of the room/wash room during our stay. Washing machine available only one room (1st floor) not with all rooms. There is no reception so just call for key or assistance. One thing, need sign post so taxi know where he is going. You need to call the staff so they can come unlock the door to check you in - it's not a big deal but something helpful to know. the kitchen needs more equipment if you really want to prepare a meal (at least one bigger pot and a cutting knife). the staff wasn't in the hotel by the time we wanted to check out. Cooking facilities very basic. Hard to find, no sign or anything outside so had to call them when I was nearby. Bathroom was a bit grubby and the room hadn't been fully cleaned properly. There was still some things left from previous guests. The guy who looks after the place had been smoking in my room so it smelled like smoke. Room wasn't ready when I arrived even though it was 10:30pm. Was woken up a few times during the night by shuffling and rustling noises behind the walls. Sounded like mice or something!. Cigarette smoke from other people (?guests) staying there caused us in a no-smoking room to smoke 2nd hand!! Not pleasant. Also being told to clean apartment oursleves - thought it would have been cleaned at least once in 7 days we were there but alas no !!. No parking near. No washing machine. Was cleaned when we arrived only, not before. house keeping is not available. landary not good. the enterance stair is no good.
