New hotel. Good location at the entrance of Bursa. Not close to the downtown but it was ok for me as I hired a car. Most of the facilities are around and within walking distance e.g. restaurants, grossery, shops. Spacious room. Modern. Clean. Well equipped. Fabulous spa and gyme. -

The hotel is really good. Location perceft especially if you go to
Uludag mountain. It's on the way. Hamam is really nice and rooms are
comfortable. Had a good relax while staying there overnight. -
The best thing is hamam build by Imperor Ustinian (ancient Roman

A very clean and well-designed hotel. Location is convenient for those coming by car. Very good breakfast. Expensive but high quality food in the restaurant. Most of the staff members and the female receptionists are very friendly and try to be as helpful as possible. Cleaning of the rooms is very well organized. -

A true five star experience, the location is some how far from Bursa attractions, but it is easy to reach it by taxi or metro, the rooms are great and spacious, the health club facilities are great.

I have stayed only two days on a business trip at the Burse City Hotel. I have never enjoyed sutch a generous hospitality in a hotel before.
The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. When i was late for a meeting for example, they just toulk there car and drove me there! 15km!
And when i had a problem with my creditcard they refused to take my payment (the last cash i had on me!) untill i made sure the problem with my card was fixed.
Traveling alone, as a women, i must say i felt really saf
