  The hotel was set back about 100 meters from the busy road. The rooms were large and comfortable with standard amenities and balcony which overlooked the sea from a side view. Behind the hotel there is building of more hotels. At first we thought we had arrived at a building site but there was minimal nuisance from the work.   The hotel is well situated and is only a short walk to the beach. Tony, the owner is a very helpful and friendly person. We arrived early and he came out to meet us, he knew who we were, and booked us straight in. I absolutely recommend this hotel.

  The villas were outstanding. Clean, spacious, private, well appointed, and the private pool a real treat. You could lock yourself away in the villa grounds and be quite happy. The resort grounds were pleasant. The staff were attentive and friendly. We made good use of the spa and enjoyed the experience. And thumbs up to the resort for their contribution to the well being - The friendliness of the management and staff was outstanding. The private pool was a beautiful place to cool off and the main pool quite gorgeous with its double horizon. The villa facilities were very good and we wanted for nothing. In the evening we enjoyed taking a drink and a tapas at the Z Bar, watching the sunset, then we'd wander down to the main restaurant for a meal. Very easy.

  We were close enough to phuket town and local markets and the bus station. Felt safe and although staff had very limited English they were friendly and tried to help as much as they could. Although down a slightly more 'local' and out the way road it meant that road noise was non existent and our scooter was safe.
