When I'm traveling with my ship all I want is a quiet clean place
to sleep and shower/bath off the ship. The Siam Guest House allowed
me to do that. Located near Mikes Mall and the Hilton Mall/Hotel,
and central to all other bars I was able to relax as I wanted. Also,
the internet was fast and reliable. Most importantly the pictures on
the letsbookhotel.com and the website for The Siam Guest House are accurate

Location is great its short walk to every hot nightspot for example to soi LK metro 3 min walk and 300m. to beach.
Room was simple but have everything I need.

The staff were all very friendly, Rooms were clean,.
Good location and value for money. Peaceful and calm around. Lots of spas, restaurants close by, its convenient to get around. The famous walking street is a short walk away.

The biggest problem I had was the holder for my shower head was broken,
but my fully functional hands allowed me complete the task of
showering. The only other item I noticed was the tv channels were not
clear, but it didn't matter to me being I choose the place
according to price and location.

It may be an issue to some that there's only one mirror and that too a small one in the bathroom.
Insufficient lighting, No restaurant.
underground water came to my room (room number 1) but i complained, but they didn't take any action.

Dingyroom. Not maintained well. No one to clean after 5 pm. No toiletries, other than a small soap. ( as promised) .No operative locker locker in the room. Again as promised.
This would be 1 out of 10 as they gave us rooms at the end of the street not in the actual guesthouse poor.

I reserved room 28m and in reception give me room 16m for same money !!! all rooms are very old , in the bathroom have not mirror ....

Staff was not courteous at all. They did not guide for any thing. Toilet wash basin was getting clogged. They do not give slippers to use for toilets. When I went to ask they flatly refused and said whatever to be given has already been given . While checking in they demanded room charges. Even cheaper rooms were available in good hotels at better locations.
