Very Nice staff, Philippe and his staff are very helpful The location is very convenient (10min walk from the sea, and 5 min from the "heart " of Patong) There are many tourists agencies to book trips, but Philippe's is one of the least expensive. Value for money. air conditionning a bit noisy. There is construction nearby the hotel, is very dusty when we walked to/back beach and hotel. It takes about 15 minutes walk, but is ok for those who wants to avoid noise.
