The service is outstanding. Attention to detail is what distinguishes this hotel from many others. All of the staff, from waiters to gardeners, are doing an extraordinary job being very attentive and above all very, very friendly. Rooms -
everything was perfect. food, location, staff, cleaning. Staff is very kind and friendly. Nearly every night there is a social event like wine tasting and free tapas. They arrange many facilities like snorkelling (must try) and island tours. Also they put flowers every part of hotel and really smells good :). Rooms are really big and over quality.
There are only 50 rooms in this hotel so that it is not crowded and quality oriented. Loved here.

We stayed 2 night in Pimalai at the end of 4 weeks honeymoon trip. the hotel is located right on the beach spreading further towards the hill. the beach is quite nice but depend on the tide state. we really liked the room which was really comfortable, the breakfast (they have macaroons.. :), the shed in front of the beach. The service is nice, both pools are incredible. They have nice facilities for free at the beach. "why not" bar is great.

The modern clean design. All rooms have an ocean view. Only 15 rooms. Food is great. Quiet and private. Surrounded by nature. Shona was entertaining and accommodating. -
Each room has an amazing view of the ocean, its a great outlook. The building is modern and the staff are extremely friendly. We will definitely stay there again.

This is a wonderful hotel with very nice and helpful staff! the location (Klong Dao beach) is the best on Ko Lanta. The teritory of the hotel is very beautiful and peaceful, and villas are just fantastic! We were upgraded for free for beachfront villa (low season), so this villa was amazing, very well furnished! WiFi was everywhere for free. We really recommend this hotel!

very quiet, only 20 guest (high season 300). Location was nice, but you have to rent a motorbike (4 euro/day) to explore the island more. Beautiful garden and ponds (with some Iguanas in it) in the center of the hotel, so nice view from breakfast area, which is on 2nd floor. We sat at the balcony, very nice.

Friendly and courteous staff, great central location on the island (scooter rental available on site). Very relaxing environment...conducive to both couples and families.
Relative to other places such as Phuket, Lanta is a safe place to ride a scooter, especially if you avoid high speeds and riding at night. As a result, the central location of the resort makes it a great place to be if you want to get out and explore for a few days!

Da and her staff were great, the girls really do their best even if they don't understand. Da helped with and saved us money on day trips, all of which were brilliant, our favorite being Koh Rok.
Loved, loved, loved the shower! Pool was great and room was spacious and clean, although the bed sheets smelt a little dusty.

The staff were very friendly, and really enjoyed working there. We had a villa with a plunge pool so we did not spend much time in the large pool, but the food was all great, the reggae bar was amazing to have a few drinks at sunset. Abu from hotel came to pick us at the pier, like we arranged by e-mail. Very useful, we paid 100B each and didn't need to deal with local taxi (usually 150B/person when you get out of boat, they are everywhere and very annoying).
Hotel is very nice, clean and modern. Large room, with AC, hot shower and balcony. Everything looks almost new, big bed, large wardrobe, very nice for that price.
There is good and cheap local restaurant on the left when you get out of hotel, about 100m away. Look for

Right at the beach. Breakfast was good as well. It's a quiet place. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
This is a big resort, filled with almost exclusively Swedish families who are obviously staying here for awhile. If you hate children, this is not where you want to be. -

I loved the vegetation in and around the hotel, the Thai style architecture of the bungalows, the location was great very close to the little village and to restaurantes and grocery shops. Breakfast was good.I was there in low season and got a very good price deal per night through letsbookhotel.com.

Hotel was great! The staff are soo friendly and helpfull! The owner is lovely, we booked just 1 night and ended up staying 6 nights it was great! The pool is great, its right on the beach. I haven't got a bad word to say! Value for money! We definitely will be visiting again. We were made to feel so welcome. Didn't want to leave but we had a flight pre booked from krabi! Fantastic. :)

Good location on Lanta, the bungalow was great with our own terrace.
Close to the beach.
Excellent massages in front of the sea (sunset massage was excellent, so peaceful), the girls were so kind.
You can rent a motorbike at the entrance of the hotel, and book some excursion (you must try the day tour in Koh Rok it's magic). -
