The room was clean and the room size was good with all necessary amenities and with a nice view from the balcony to the garden and the swimming pools. The staff were absolutely friendly and were willing to go the extra
mile! Smiley, honest, pleasant and totally committed to excellent
customer service! The rooms are spacious, quiet, clean and with modern
furniture and equipment. Even after we checked out and went to the
beach the hotel let us take a shower afterwards and provided us with
clean towels. The hotel itself is a great architecture effort, it is a
few scattered buildings in a garden-like environment with a pool in

Close to the beach and very friendly staff. Daily clean the rooms. No
disturbances at all. Breakfast not luxury but no any other place to buy
in the early plan. Stay at wonderful location. -

The hotel was very comfortable and well decorated.
The restaurant and pool area was very nice to relax, they had comfortable sofas and good music playing in the back round.

Baan Suay is a lovely little guesthouse with a gorgeous restaurant and very friendly staff.
We had a lovely spacious room which was bright, had a balcony and long windows with a pool view.
The bathroom was a good size with really powerful shower.
The pool was really nice even though it was small.
The staff were very friendly.
The food in the restaurant was nice.

The hotel is well situated and is only a short walk to the beach. Tony, the owner is a very helpful and friendly person. We arrived early and he came out to meet us, he knew who we were, and booked us straight in. I absolutely recommend this hotel.

Obviously a new or renovated small hotel quite cosy and very clean.
The location was good for me as it was within walking distance of the my meeting place.
Reference traffic noise - however they had installed heavy curtains to deaden the noise some what and shut out the street lights from traffic the Seven 11, he banks and vending stalls was an advantage.
