At arrival we have been upgraded to the family room standard without asking anything. The room had everything needed to spend excellent relaxing time. Hotel well located at chaweng with restaurants and shops close to it. The hotel environment is very relaxing and awesome with the pool close to the private hotel beach. The hotel employees are available at any time and welcome you very well. Nightlife is at 10min far away by walk. I do highly recommend this hotel

Very helpful staff, nice rooms, good location
It's our 10th anniversary honeymoon and we booked garden room with dip pool. We arrived with full of surprises. The smiley faces with warm hospitality, bed decoration, celebration cake and a bottle of sparkling wine. Our room was flooded on the first night due to rain storm. Without hesitation, hotel staff Aor and Ice put us at another hotel (due to full house at Buri Rasa) that night then upgraded us to their best suite for the following nights. To apologize for the disaster, we were compensated with a complimentary dinner and wine too. Our unlucky was turned into a fortune at the end. Bravo to Michael and his team at Buri Rasa!

Most amazing resort I've ever stayed in. We were greeted with a beautiful personalised message on our bed and gorgeous notes and gifts each day. The breakfast and location were amazing. I would like to extend our greatest thanks to the staff for making it such a wonderful experience, they really did bend over backwards for us, even holding our bags for us a few days after we had checked out while waiting for a late flight. Did not like the construction noise next door day and nite. I stayed for over a month without a discount. Would like too return, but too Expensive for long term. If willing to reduce price for long term willing to reconsider. Also, should receive discount because Of continue noise next Door. Know not your fault but renters have to live with It.

there was construction noise from nearby hotel from 8:00 - 18:00 so it was a little bit annoying. it wasn't terrible though. just dont expect to have a midday quite snap. As far as i understand the construction will end in december.

Near at the hotel they were building a shopping center or something similar. so we had this working area with many workers close to our room, very very noisy from 10 am till 5 pm .
Beautiful surroundings. Garden and design of resort lovely and rooms and bathrooms spacious and comfortable. Extra touches such as oil burner and small gifts left on bed at night. Staff all wonderful and gracious. Great beach area.

The food was excellent and great value, both western and Thai. The location on the beach was great, the best spot I reckon. Service was fast and friendly, particularly the chambermaids. The hotel in general was very well kept.
Tv and dvd player in the rooms was not great, the sound from the dvd was almost unworkable.

+ Excellent staff, they take care individually, happy to help at all times with a huge smile + everyday there was a treat for us by our housekeeper, it was such a nice touch. + beach is gorgeous (despite bad reviews about Chaweng) pool view is great. + room was very nice, clean, with a nice thai shower twist as well as the normal one.
- Having a gorgeous garden comes with a side effect, mosquitos ... (hotel even provides insect repellent wipes but doesn't seem to work)
Love everything about this boutique resort; their great attention to details, super service-minded and professional staff, yummy breakfast and Thai food, cleanliness, cozy and eco-friendly room, their pillow menu, beach, etc. highly recommended!

Loud unpleasant music from hotel next to Buri Rasa, and noise from construction on the other side, We did consider to look for another hotel however we were only there for three days. Also consider pickup and drop of to airport a must at rate we paid. This being our only complaint,
