Staff were friendly and attentive, and room was spotlessly clean. Shower head was broken, but they sent someone up to fix it immediately. Pool and tanning area were a bit smaller than expected from the pictures, but it was totally adequate to take a dip to cool off. Had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Location was also very convenient.

Excellent location. Only 7 minutes walk to Asoke BTS and Terminal 21 mall. Decent cafe next door and a supermarket which is just 2 mins walk. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is well equipped for basic cooking.

the location is perfect, close to almost anywhere you want to go in Bangkok. Near the BTS (Bangkok Transport System).
They also serve free drink at the lobby, so refreshing after a long day in the hot city of Bangkok!

Friendly staff, good service. Fair breakfast, fresh coffee (not the pot
coffee of 2 hours old). Location is good, close to Skytrain. The taxi
dropped me once with the wrong hotel (Centre Point Chidlom) and the
staff offered me to bring me to the Ploenchit hotel. Nice room, got
what was promised, spacy, clean room. Recommended to anyone who likes a
good hotel.

We loved staying at this hotel. It is down a street with loads of massage parlors, popular street food stalls and a couple of bars.
The hotel is quite modern, and the staff were helpful. There is a bar and swimming pool on the top floor, which remain open until 11pm - great for a night swim right in the middle of the city.

Upon arrival I was upgraded to an executive room courtesy of the
management. I arrived quite late and was hungry and there was no where
open to grab something to eat, and one of the 'bellboy's'
took me to a convenient store a few blocks away in the hotels tuk-tuk.
Now That's a service :) Hotel is in an excellent location, minutes
walk from Asok station. If I were to return to Bangkok, there is no
hesitation that I would return to Park Plaza Soi 18. Although situated

The greatest forte of this hotel is its location. The hotel is situated in a chic area with numerous fine restaurants and it is just 5-7 min walk from/to Chi Lom BTS as well as the Skywalk (overground passageway) connecting all the major shopping malls in the area.
Our studio (rather than a room) was cozy and clean with a well-equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The staff was friendly but nothing special.

Everything.. Hotel is spic and spam, staff are so friendly with such lovely smiles on their faces all the time. I glad I picked the right one from so many options in Bangkok. I have never seem any city worh sp mich traffoc prpblem, so best way to travel is by train and this hotel is Walking distance from train station. 1 stop to Siam and one stop to MBK! Convenient for shopping. And ofcourse for business trip, it's right in business district. Will go back again, for sure!

Extremely wonderful place to stay in with the best services staffs ever. I have been a frequent traveller flying all over the world staying in 5 stars hotels. But I always book glow hotel when I go Bangkok for holiday because of it's shopping locations and their world class service :) it is great from counter to security guards. Room and facilities were modern and great. Excellent quality overall. Great gym, nice big rooms, kitchen and bathroom were very nice. Bathrobes and laundry was over the top nice. Felt very much like home. Great views from balcony and fantastic location on Thong Lo. I look forward to staying here again. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The location is right next to the train station. Very easy and comfortable. Also- taxi will bring you anywhere in a few minutes.
The hotel stuff are nice and helpful. Very kind, and doubt everything they can to comfort your stay.
The room was beautiful. Great view, nice modern decoration, very comfortable.
Breakfast was good. There wasn't such a great selection but I found it more then enough.
The gym is good and well equipped, though a bit small.

Staff was extremely polite and accommodating. The extra effort to meet my needs (a box breakfast on the morning I left at 2AM for the airport!) were very unexpected but welcome. While they were always busy, I never felt they were too busy for me. -
