Am Samui was my best hotel experience in Thailand. Staff was helpfull - upgraded our bungalow due to some noise from renovation works for free and were always on our evry wish. The resort is very pretty and to a big scale one - you don't feel crowded. The beach and sunsets are amazing. Food delicious and rooms of very good standard.

Great relaxed enviroment in a beautiful beach in Samui, the owners and
staff will make you feel like at home and help you out with everything
you need, although is a little bit far from the nightlife, during day
time you will have almost an entire beach for your self. Also the food
in the restaurant is great. Very recommended. Thanks to Massimo and his
family and Forza Napoli.

Staff were friendly and attentive. We booked the pool access room which
was lovely, could wake up in the morning and slide into the pool. If you
are looking at the pool from the reception/hotel entrance, we stayed
in a room on the left hand side - gets the afternoon sun which we
preferred! Food was nice. The beach on the hotel is small, somewhere to
relax for an hour or so rather than the whole day. Walk 10 mins out of
the hotel and you can hire a motorbike for 24hours for 200baht, Taling
Ngam

We were lucky enough to be staying at a quiet time of year so we often
had the pool to ourselves and sometimes the restaurant if we were
eating late. The room was large, very comfortable and extremely well-

Party lovers won't like it but exactly the location is a great advantage of 'Elements'. Far from the noise it's a real hide away place- wonderful, relaxing and quiet. The staff does everything to please you, every night there is either a barbecue, traditional thai dance or a fire show. The villas are beautiful, good light design to create intimate atmosphere- a thing that normally fails in most hotels.I fully enjoyed my time, hope to come back soon :-)
