  reception from the pier and they sent transport immediately. All the staff have been exceptionally friendly and helpful. Having read the reveiws it was no surprise that the hotel is on a steep slope. We booked a standard room which was a bit on the small side but clean and comfortable, if larger room required book deluxe or sea view. We ate in the restauran - Excellent snorkelling just off the beach. Sea view and hut was brilliant and spacious. Pool area and design of hotel was amazing lots of areas to relax in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the San Francisco golf buggy ride.

  Location of this hotel is fantastic. Located at the end of Sairee Beach, it is close enough to the action, but far enough away to avoid the noise at night. We stayed in a roof top villa which was excellent. Decor of the room was quirky and the outside bathroom was a nice feature.   Almost everything! The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, complete with all necessary amenities. The hotel is not on a beach per se, but you can walk there in like 5 minutes. As it's located in the heart of Sairee it is within walking distance to convenient shops and restaurants. Very impressed with our masseuses - The staff we dealt with were fantastic. 3 of the ladies at the desk couldn't do more to help. We were assigned a room upstairs and inquired on being put in a downstairs room. They changed it immediately and without a single fuss! The rooms are so clean. It is quiet but right on the doorstep of some wonderful bars and restaurants! Brilliant. It was our second stay as we loved it so much a couple of weeks before!!!
