The location is perfect. Its only takes 30mins by walk from the Lomparyah pier or 10mins by taxi around 200B. And its also quite close to the beach like 10mins by walk. You can take a taxi boat on the beach at 200B/person to Kor Nanyuan for snerkling for round trip. Many kinds of restaurants around GH is available, pizza,steak,awesome Thai food and fruit shake as well as 7-11. The staff there is quite familiar with the entertainments in Koh Tao and they are willing to help.

the perfect place to stay! nice, spacious, bright & modern room with, clean, grat location within sairee village, lots of shops, bars and restaurants around, only 3 minutes to walk on the beach, great italian & western restaurant downstairs, very friendly staff, umbrellas in the room, which was amazing during the wet season & good wifi, I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
Excellent location in the centre of activities, bars and restaurants. Room was basic but of high quality and good value. Staff first class and the attached restaurant and bar have good food and an excellent choice of basic and fine wines.
Great location, 2 minutes walk from the main beach, staff were helpful and nice and the rooms where so nice for the price! Would stay here again if I am to ever come back to Koh Tao.
I love their restaurant downstairs!5 mins walk to the sairee beach and close to everything,you don't feel hot in the room even with the A/C off.the owner's always happy to help.

Price is a little bit high compare to the GH in Koh Samui and not too much facilities here. The style of the hotel is self-service so staff here is not so welcome. The check-out time is super early at 11:00.

the only thing they could improve is, to provide a place where you can dry you bikini.
Door lock was a bit fiddle but, if this is the only problem, then there really is no problem! Would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting basic, high quality, accommodation.

The beach is not clean everywhere. Some ans in the bathroom.
The only thing I didn't like was that the restaraunt doesn't serve Thai food which was a bit disappointing after reading great reviews about the restaraunt. However right across the road there is two restaraunts that serve top quality Thai food for very cheap so It didn't really bother me, it was just surprising.
WiFi was really bad, and at most times non-existent (they need to change
routers urgently). Also, the door to the balcony made a terrible
shrieking noise.Other than that, perfect.

The balcony door doesn't close properly so it was impossible to keep bugs out, wifi had it's issues, complicated safe, early check out time, both hotel and (especially) restaurant seem a little overpriced.
