  The location of the hotel is great.You walk one minute and you are at the ski lifts. One more minute and you are at Yves Saint Laurent shop :)). Very close to the train station. The hotel has a shuttle bus. Excellent staff. They help you in every way they can.The rooms are very clean. The rooms get turned down for the evening. Great view from the w... hva folk sier » indows. In short we were very satisfied with the hotel and we got a very good deal at LetsBookHotel.com - The hotel was centrally located in the shopping district and the shuttle came to the train station quickly. We were upgraded to junior suites upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were very, very spacious and comfortable. The bar facilaties, as well as breakfast were both wonderful.

  The front desk staff were excellent and very helpful. The location is very close to the ski slopes via quick shuttle or 5-10 minute walk, but with a bit of fairly easy off piste skiing you can ski directly down to the hotel.   The service is no doubt "top notch". We were offered a ride to our restaurant nearby in their "in house" RR Phantom 6.. Now that's a treat.! I also liked that the mini bar is complimentary. Now that is really a good gesture as we are already paying top prix for the night. It was a lovely hotel with great views..   The double room is perfect. The environment was extremely pleasant and clean. Most important the heater was on at night even in Oct. The breakfast is excellent as well. The shuttle bus to and from the train station is great for us with heavy luggage. The staff is very helpful and kind. It's really 3 star service with backpacker price.   Friendly and helpful staff, however you need to speak Italien or English. Breakfast and dinner buffet was great. Very reasonable priced good wines and other beverages. Rooms are a little outdated but the nice bath room makes up for it.   Location was perfect with amazing views over the lake yet a very short walk into the town. The room was spacious and the chambermaid service was outstanding. All of the staff were efficient and polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. The swimming pool and spa area very relaxing and with the standard of cleanliness you would expect. We would recommend - We were struck by the reception at st.moritz train station after a long glacier express voyage. This exemplary treatment went all the way including room service, the very warm hospitality extended by every single member of the Kulm team, until the same gentleman put us in our train to Zurich. Kulm disproves that perfect is the enemy of good, it is a manifestation of "perfect". Thanks to all who have made it possible, an congratulations to the management.
