  Very friendly staff, perfect to do hiking. If you stay 3 nights you even get free access to the Grimsel cable cars. Excellent guided tour in the power plant - dam with very knowledgeable guide. Very nicely presented food which was delicous. Appreciated possibility to make a cup of tea or have a coffee with the Nespresso machine provided in guest h... hva folk sier » ouse. Eventhough there were lots of families with children we were not disturbed by them - families with small kids ate in a separate dining room. - Exceptional location in the mountains Excellent staff Comfortable rooms decorated with good taste

  This is an outstanding location, absolutely isolated from all noise and modern pollution. Just outstanding mountain scenery enjoyed from a comfortable historic building. A fine base for hiking, and for visiting the fascinating underground power stations. We're looking forward to our next visit in the depths of winter. Very clean room with big bathroom, sense of detail. Friendly english speakng stuff, always prepared to help.. finally, the dinner menu was excellent.
