  Nice small family hotel located in chalet. Cozy rooms with a rustic feeling, with divine smell of wood. Attentive and helpful owners. Good location - I can't understand those who complain about it, while you can actually walk around all Les Diablorets in 20 minutes. They really took care to ensure that all needs were met. Well located just 70 meters from the main railway station and post bus station. The chalet style of rooms with all modern amenities were very pleasing.

  Staff were friendly and helpful without being in anyway superior. The atmosphere was relaxed with a personal touch, I felt as if I was a VIP without the anonimity of many corporate hotels.   Service was excellent - There was heavy snowfall and the owner came and rescued us from the bottom of the hill. The food was 'home style' typically Swiss and delightful. Msr. was charming and helpful and had a sence of fun. The views are stunning and our stay was altogether perfect, despite too much snow for snowboarding! - Value for money.
