The kitchen facilities were useful for a short stay and just further down the road was a supermarket. The open air street market that sold veg was only two stops away on the tram. Also, with the tram stop just outside and the free public transport ticket, you can be anywhere downtown easily and quickly. We actually walked mostly. Very frienly and helpful staff. Note that this is a residence, so you have a minimal kitchen, but no daily cleaning of the room. The rooms are rather nice and modern.
