Vi var eneste gjestene på huset og fikk topp service hele veien. Særdeles hyggelig og imøtekommende betjening! - hospitality was top notch! very helpful and prompt staff. the swimming and therapy facilities were very nice to spend the day in after a long day of skiing. the amenities that this hotel has to offer is bar none, a 4 or 5 star rating

Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Family room was great as kids slept in a separate room. Good location - about a 5 minute walk to the ski lift. Small town, but a good range of local shops. -
Close the cable car station. Skiing is very convenient. Staffs in the hotel are nice and willing to help.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable with heated bathroom floors which is nice on a chilly (-17) night. The breakfast buffet was extensive with a la carte eggs any style also available. From the moment we walked in and were welcomed by Sofia after a disastrous journey (which was made better by the complimentary Prosecco) we knew this was a fantastic hotel. It's in a perfect location just 5 minutes walk from the main Gotschnabahn lift.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was large, clean and felt like a ski chalet in itself.
The bar is spacious and stylish, and the breakfast service was everything you could ask for.
We only wished we were staying longer!
