  Very clean and efficient. Key left ready for us and we were able to let ourselves into our room quite early. Large rooms and bathroom, very wide doors, lift and corridors, as it had obviously been built originally as a sanitorium. The bus stop was directly opposite the hotel providing a regular 18 minute service to the centre of Zürich. There look... hva folk sier » ed to be e nice restaurant just nearby but it was shut on our one night there so we had a late snack at the rather overpriced and very modern Belvoir. - everything is so great about the hotel! it's a little far from the center, but it only takes 15 min to the Zurich HB by train. the room is quite big and clean, and the facilities work well. the best thing about the hotel is its surrounding environment. trees and flowers are everywhere. staff there are so kind and helpful.

  Breakfast outside overlooking lake Zurich - great views. Ferries from boat stop just down road take you to and from central Zurich. Nice journey sit on deck with drinks. - The location was good. The young day lady on the front desk was friendly and made our registration a pleasant experience. Having a car park.

My room was prepared on time, and they changed it promptly on my request (the one they gave me first had low wifi connectivity, and I required it to work). Plus the manager waited up so I could check in when my flight was delayed, and was relaxed about changing the booking when I had to change my return flights :-)
