The staff were helpful at all times (especially when my wife lost her handbag), the quality of service was excellent and the food in the restaurant was very good - to my surprise, given the impression I had of the hotel from the website.   Great service and staff. Perfect location for those who use buss or/and trains to and from Brig (Brig is great train junction). Rooms are quiet, but Europe hotel faces train station with it's north rooms. I think that south rooms are much more quiet, but with less spectacular view. - Everything. We had the room we requested. Friendly staff at breakfast & good choice of food.   Amazingly beautiful hotel in a superb location with stunning views of Swiss Alps. Our room had cooking facilities and a balcony to enjoy the views.   This hotel was very nice for the price. We had been in acouple of other that led to worry, but no, this hotel was great. Very clean, comfortable beds, functional, good sized washroom. The bar was open late and the Bar Keep very friendly. Free WiFi in the bar that was usable in the room (At his suggestion). It was clean, quiet and comfortable. We even had a lovely view from our bedroom window. In short, a good night in. That said, the little town of Brig is charming with many restaurants and bars so you can also have a good night out.
